Where do they come from, what are they meant to do and (more importantly) how can you actually make them a part of your day to day life?
Join Victoria for a 90-minute introductory, FUN and unintimidating workshop aimed at de-mystifying Meditation, Mindfulness and how to ACTUALLY practice these.
No experience or prior knowledge required. Come with an open mind, all your question and leave with that comforting sensation that its aaaall good.

What you need: No prior experience in Yoga or meditation, all props will be provided. Mats can be rented for $2 if you don’t have one.
