I AM THAT – YOGA – Your Collingwood Yoga Community

Yoga is for EVERYbody. And everybody’s Yoga is different. I Am That – Yoga is, above all, a community. A safe space where everybody feels like Yoga is for them. Our Collingwood Yoga Studio is a place where every single staff member and teacher is welcoming, supportive, friendly and warm.

The world is filled with spaces that are intimidating and exclusive. So we decided to do things differently. Yes, the space is beautiful and the teachers and students are too. Some of us could even do great looking, fancy poses if you asked us to. You might also leave some classes sweating and exercised. But here, Yoga comes first. What does that mean? Wear whatever you like, look however you like and do whichever class or pose suits you best (including a 60 minute Shavasana if that is what you need). As long as you are breathing you are exactly how you should be, doing exactly what you should be doing.

That is the philosophy behind our community, as well as our products.
